for freezing - rock salt, softener salt, etc.
Instructions
In an ice cream maker, pour in sucanat. Add vanilla, salt, and cream (if you’re using).
Pour milk over the top of the sugar, vanilla, salt, and cream. Mix gently using the paddle to combine.
Freeze ice cream according to machine manufacturer's directions. Serve immediately or freeze for later use.
Notes
Can add other ingredients like butter-roasted peancs or other nuts, chocolate, etc. as desired. Experiment to see what you like!
